hirty minutes north of Baton Rouge, where US. 61 and LA 10 come together, the Great River Road brings travelers to the town of St. Francisville, an antique hunter's delight. For 195 years, visitors have been lured from the main highway, along a tall ridge down to the Mississippi River and a street called Ferdinand.
